There are four main questions that readers want answered on your “About Me” page:
1. who you are…
2. your expertise and how it addresses…
3. their problem or goal, and how they can…
4. contact you
I have revised my Typepad About page a number of times, trying to get just the right mix of the information suggested above. I probably need to revise my Wordpress About page a bit. What do you think? Have I answered all the pertinent questions? Any other information I need to provide?
And how effective is YOUR About page? Are you providing all the information your visitors might want?
